Drawing from her personal experiences as a proudly queer and disabled woman, Ashleigh understands the vital role that workplaces play in fostering authenticity, belonging, and connection.

As a seasoned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Ashleigh brings a rich background in finance, health, and community services. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from the University of Queensland.

In her downtime, Ashleigh indulges in her love for reading, enjoys listening to audiobooks, and makes valiant attempts to snuggle with her aloof cat, Buffy.
