I am a passionate storyteller, data-informed strategist, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practitioner committed to building inclusive, equitable workplaces. Drawing from my lived experience as a proudly queer and disabled woman, I bring a deeply human approach to organisational development. I specialise in LGBTQIA+ inclusion, disability inclusion, accessibility, and employee experience, with more than five years of leadership across national DEI initiatives in community services.

I believe inclusion is a doing word – a practice demonstrated through everyday actions, equitable policies, and systems designed with and for the people they serve.
