As a seasoned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Ashleigh brings a rich background in finance, health, and community services. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from the University of Queensland. As the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Life Without Barriers, she spearheads developing and executing inclusion initiatives across a national workforce.
In her downtime, Ashleigh indulges in her love for reading, enjoys listening to audiobooks, and makes valiant attempts to snuggle with her aloof cat, Buffy.Â
